Citibank U.S. (eCRM, DM)

Citi works hard to make people feel good and optimistic about what’s next … which is especially important during times like these. I oversaw (and wrote for) three Citi lines of business: Retail Banking Products, Cards Products, and Citi Retail Services (co-branded credit cards). The bulk was eCRM and DM, but also wrote websites, FAQs, banners and text-to-apply scripts. From welcomes to thank-you’s and everything in-between, I’ve lost count of how many touchpoints I’ve helped create (which is why I’m not an actual banker).
